This natural linen fabric hanging bassinet is fixed to a single point which creates a freedom of movement in all directions. With a single gentle push, the cradle will be set into motion, which calms the baby and helps him or her get asleep easily.

All our hanging baby cradles are handmade therefore individually inspected before shipping them out to our customers.

Note: accessories seen in the product pictures (snuggle lounger, canopy, spring to create a rocking motion to a cradle or other) are not included, please order them separately.

Materials:

The hanging cradle set includes: metal cradle frame, cotton straps or cotton ropes, cradle bag and anti-allergic mattress.

100% natural organic cotton cradle bag, frame - stainless steel, base - wooden, cold foam anti-allergic mattress with cotton zipped cover (may be taken off and machine washed). 

NOTE: ceiling hook is not included in the cradle set due to safety reasons (ceiling or other surface to which someone attaches their cradle differs). Please talk to a specialist who could suggest a suitable solution for you to safely suspend the hanging cradle.

Wash & Care:

Cradle bag - cover and the mattress cover both are machine washable at cool temperature, not more than 30 degrees in Celsius, gentle cycle, using mild detergent.

Safety:

After the cradle is suspended on a ceiling hook / a stand / wooden beam (or other), please check the safety first, pulling the bassinet very strongly several times, pushing to all sides, testing it throughly before putting your baby to make sure everything is in its place and stays firmly.

All our cradles are made in compliance with European safety norms.

Use:

Swingy Nest hanging baby cradles when suspended under the ceiling hook are suitable for newborn up to approximately 6 - 9 months depending on your baby's growth and development rate, up to 16 kg weight. Once baby can turn to sides or push the upper body, it is time to move to cot.

BUT, as the Swingy Nest hanging cradle has got the ability to firmly stay on a flat surface (floor) - thanks to the cradle's firm walls - it can be used as a small STANDING cot, as a travel cot, under parents' supervision, up to 14-15 months
